Carle Therapy Services
Carle
Therapy Services offers unique, specialty care across all settings- from
acute care to outpatient therapy. Our staff is highly trained and has
advanced certifications in many of the specialty services we provide.
We also offer the convenience of multiple facilities so that you can get
care close to home. Carle Therapy Services focuses on developing an
individualized treatment plan that meets your specific needs.
Carle Therapy Services
is owned and operated by The Carle Foundation, a not for-profit tertiary
care facility, which is the regional Level I Trauma Center. We also
work closely with Carle Clinic Association, one of the largest physician
group practices in the United States. Carle Clinic Association
physicians practice in more than 50 medical and surgical specialties and
subspecialties.
Carle Therapy Services Director, Managers and Outreach Coordinator
Carle Therapy Services highly trained staff provides treatment in 21
specialty areas. The staff is comprised of therapists, nurses, and
professional staff who collaborate as a team to focus on the patients’
needs and quality care.
Sean Fadale
Director of Therapy Services
Sean is a graduate of Mercyhurst College with a Bachelor of Science in sports
medicine. He holds a Masters in both physical therapy and business administration
from Gannon University. Sean is a licensed physical therapist and a certified
athletic trainer. In 2004, he joined the Carle team after serving for 11 years at
Warren General Hospital in Pennsylvania where he was most recently the Corporate Director
responsible for rehabilitation services, wound clinic and home health care.
Debbie Chew
Manager of Therapy Services
Debbie is a
Bachelor of Arts graduate from the
University of Illinois and holds a Master of Science from Southern Illinois University in
rehabilitation administration. She worked for Carle Clinic from 1990 to 1998 as a
Rehabilitation consultant and supervisor. In 1998, Debbie joined Carle Hospital
Therapy Services and has held positions such as, supervisor, manager and interim
director. She is in the Phi Kappa Phi Honor society and is a certified Disability
Management Specialist.
Vanetta Dean
Manager of Therapy Services
Vanetta is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University with a Bachelor of
Science in career and organizational studies. She serves as the finance
manager for the Carle Therapy Services team. She coordinates office
functions and patient billing services of Carle Therapy Services. Vanetta also oversees the production of 30 office specialists at the
various Carle Therapy Services locations throughout east central
Illinois.
 Patty
Scheets
Manager of Therapy Services
Patty Scheets, PT, DPT, NCS, received her professional and
post-professional degrees from Washington University in St. Louis. She
is a board certified clinical specialist in neurologic physical therapy
and has worked extensively with patients with stroke, neurological
disorders, and balance and vestibular disorders. She has developed a
set of movement system impairment diagnoses that is used to guide the
therapist’s clinical examination and treatment selection for patients
with neuromuscular conditions. She was a clinical supervisor and
supervisor of physical therapy practice at Washington
University/Barnes-Jewish Hospital, St. Louis, MO from 1985-2000. From
2000-2005 she was the director of physical therapy at Provena St. Mary’s
hospital in Kankakee, IL. She joined Carle in 2005 and Therapy Services
in 2007.
