Clinical Ladder

Carle Therapy Services provides opportunities for therapists and therapy assistants to obtain “senior”  “lead” or “master” designations based on clinical, professional and/or operational contributions to the department.  Opportunities for advanced certification include taking a student, mentoring, developing a marketing outreach effort and completing advanced projects that benefit the department.  Advanced clinicians receive financial compensation with their designation.  Contact your Carle Therapy Services direct report for details.
