Continuing Education
Carle Therapy Services encourages its staff to pursue advanced
certifications and continuing education opportunities in the therapy field. After
one year of employment, full and part-time professional staff members* are eligible to
receive funding for participation in continuing education programs. Contact your
Carle Therapy Services manager for details.
*Excluding PRN, secretarial and tech
staff members.
Clinical Ladder
Carle Therapy Services provides opportunities for therapists and
therapy assistants to obtain senior lead or
master designations based on clinical, professional and/or operational
contributions to the department. Opportunities for advanced certification include
taking a student, mentoring, developing a marketing outreach effort and completing
advanced projects that benefit the department. Advanced clinicians receive financial
compensation with their designation. Contact your Carle Therapy Services manager for
